This series is a collection of type animations representing a given action or word. For instance, B is for Bounce. It was fun and challenging to give the words life through motion.
36 Days of Type #7
I was lucky enough to participate in the 7th annual 36 Days of Type challenge. Throughout the 36 days, I used my design system to create a typeform in motion. It was certainly a challenge to produce something everyday, but also super fun and I learned a lot!
Icon Pack
This group of animated icons were created to represent six categories of a website — areas of professional work, personal hobbies, and general web icons.
Logo Animation: MR O.K
MR O.K (misterok.com) makes handmade men’s wedding rings in New York City. I had the pleasure of elevating their static logo through elegant motion that fit their brand’s look and feel.
Character Animation: Grumpy Cat
This was a fun holiday animation I did for Valentines Day — there’s nothing sweeter than turning my brother’s grumpy old cat into a happy one.
Playground
Motion design runs very broad and deep — there’s always something new to learn! Through exploring different styles and techniques, it helps me unlock new possibilities — and just have a good time creating.
